    Security Alert: Fraudulent Phone Solicitation - 4/26/2013

    Oneida Savings Bank has been informed that fraudulent phone calls are currently in circulation. These calls do not originate from Oneida Savings Bank or any other local bank.

    Oneida Savings Bank takes seriously the security of your accounts, debit and credit cards and will never contact you asking for your account number, card number, or PIN (Personal Identification Number).

    If you receive a questionable message, whether by email, telephone or text message, do not respond with your personal financial information, simply delete the message or hang up.

    Always remember that all financial institutions, including Oneida Savings Bank, will never send out messages soliciting account information.
